According to the Hartford Courant, a will signed by ALL THAT REMAINS guitarist Oliver "Oli" Herbert a week before his passing has been examined by police investigating his drowning death. Oli signed a will on October 9 at at a Hartford, Connecticut car dealership. The will was notarized by a person who was a friend of the guitarist and his wife, Elizabeth Herbert, and who works at the dealership.
